I wanted to take some time to update the syncVUE community and give you a status report on the acquisition of Intelligent Gadgets, the developers of syncVUE, while sharing insight into our future plans for the product and the company.

First, I appreciate your patience and support of the product and your communication outreach with us. It is now our turn to communicate with you on what we've been up to these last few months.

Prior to the acquisition of Intelligent Gadgets, we had been hard at work on a new product called FUZE. FUZE is similar to syncVUE in many ways, yet with new and exciting capabilities. For a start, FUZE is a browser based collaboration tool, eliminating the need for meeting attendees to download and install software. FUZE supports synchronous HD Media, high-res images, business documents, PowerPoint presentations, whiteboards and more, as well as on-demand screen sharing, embedded audio conferencing and live chat capabilities. Even more exciting, FUZE extends many of syncVUE's capabilities to mobile devices. As of today, not all of syncVUE's features are present in FUZE, and as such we will continue to sell and support syncVUE as a standalone product for media professionals. Additionally, we intend to do further integration and add additional features to syncVUE over the coming months.

As part of our launch of FUZE, we want to extend to our syncVUE users a special offer.
