Valid syncVUE users are entitled to free technical support. There are a few ways to receive support based on your needs:

Troubleshooting and Operational Questions:
If you can't find the answer you're looking for in the Quick-Start Guide click the HELP menu from within syncVUE, which will take you to trouble shooting section.

Contact us:
You can reach us via email at support@syncvue.com. Between the hours of 9AM and 5PM PST, we can normally respond to you within a couple of hours or sooner. The best way to contact support is to fill out the bug report form (see below).

Submit a bug-report form:
From the main syncVUE drop-down menu, click on the Report a Problem link. This will take you to our bug report form where you can provide us with some information to help us track down the problem. As soon as we receive your report, we'll add it to our bug database and begin investigating the issue. PLEASE provide us with a valid email address so we may contact you for further information if needed.
